Memorial Day Weekend Exhibition at Ocean Galleries includes New York, Philadelphia, New Jersey, Atlantic City, and other regional artwork and sports memorabilia
STONE HARBOR, NJ – May 31, 2016 – When internationally renowned 3-D artist, Charles Fazzino, appeared at Ocean Galleries (9618 Third Avenue, Stone Harbor/609.368.7777) for his Memorial Day weekend exhibition, gallery goers were in for a treat as his newest collection of artwork included pieces memorializing the regional area.
“Charles Fazzino: The Master of 3D Pop Art” opened Friday, May 27, 2016 and ran through Monday, May 30, 2016, with all artwork on display available for acquisition. Charles Fazzino appeared at special gallery receptions taking place 7:00 PM to 10:00 PM on Saturday, May 28, and two receptions on Sunday, May 29 at 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM and 7:00 PM to 10:00 PM.
As a resident of New York, the world’s most popular 3-D artist has long had an affinity for creating pieces highlighting his beloved town. Fazzino’s many 3-D renderings of New York City are composed of bright colors and filled with immense detail, from the Empire State Building to the Guggenheim Museum and Central Park. His artwork captures the city’s history through three decades and comprises one of the most comprehensive visual histories of “The Big Apple” ever assembled. The talented artist captures the hustle and bustle of the city in a manner that is playful and passionate, mystical and magical.
As with all of Fazzino’s famous cityscape art, his New York compositions capture a moment in time that is forever memorialized in his captivating art. The legendary skylines and distinctive architecture provide a unique New York experience, giving the viewer an opportunity to see something new with every glance of the layered image, as fans and owners of his artwork will attest.

In addition to capturing the essence of New York in his famous 3-D art, Charles Fazzino has created several pieces celebrating the region, including New Jersey, Philadelphia, and Atlantic City.

One of the highlights of the exhibition will be one-of-a-kind original Fazzino artwork on sports memorabilia, including Phillies-themed and Yankee-themed baseball helmets, original Fazzino artwork painted onto an actual seat backing from the old Yankee stadium that is also autographed by Derek Jeter, along with other unique sports keepsakes.
